Mr. Kim is a brand marketing and creative expert with 10 years of experience at Nike followed by another decade at CJ. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive knowledge and hands-on experience across various fields, including design, advertising, digital, retail, entertainment, and partnerships.
At CJ CheilJedang, he led Global Brand Experience and Brand Design, successfully overseeing the rebranding of the K-Food brand Bibigo and managing the LA Lakers partnership. Additionally, at CJ Group (the holding company), he actively participated in developing and executing branding strategies for key subsidiaries such as CJ Logistics, CJ ENM, CJ Foodville, CGV, THE CJ CUP, and SUPERRACE, while also overseeing the overall branding of the CJ Group.
At Nike, he crafted annual marketing plans aligned with the global brand strategy, leading initiatives that enhance brand awareness and create memorable customer experiences. He managed a broad range of responsibilities, including design, advertising, digital, PR, major events, and the opening and management of key retail stores in Seoul. Notably, he ensured the visuals across key consumer touchpoints delivered a consistent brand message.
